After Easter Bulletin
A very big think you for all those who made Easter such a blessed time. We are now in the season of resurrection and we must continue to work together to ensure that the Spirit of the Risen Christ is shown among us and the community.
This coming week there will be a prayer time on Monday from 12 noon. There will be a 12.30pm and 7.30pm service on Wednesday.
There will be no other activities until after the AGM. Firstly because it gives us time to reflect on what we currently do as a church.
Secondly because we are revising our Parish Safeguarding policy and procedures and there will be after the AGM training times and an opportunity for everyone to be clearly registered. The AGM is Sunday 30th at 5.15pm. Here we review the work we undertook and blessings we received. We give a vision for the coming year. Appoint church officers to serve the church. If you wish to stand for the Church Council then please pray very much for God’s guidance. Everyone on the electoral roll is eligible to sit on the P.C.C. One or two guidelines for you to consider as you pray. Do I attend worship weekly? Do I allow my faith to grow by my habits of reading the bible and praying, both individually and with others? Do I want the church to be at the centre of the community in leading people to faith in Christ? Do I want to work with others to help God’s vision for All Saints’ be discovered and implemented? Do I want to give up my time to look after the church building and its people? Do speak to members who already help lead the church if you would like any more advice. Do try to come to this most valuable of occasions.
Sunday Services: 9.30am Traditional communion; 10.45am All ages worship; 4pm Sports Worship
