Sunday 27th June
- Songs of Praise Service on the Windsor Racecourse

This was an invitation by the Racecourse and it was a great opportunity and a wonderful outing. We are invited to have a service while the other race goers are arriving. This was followed by a picnic and many stayed to watch some of the racing. Rev Louise had incorporated the Race card with the Bible in her talk.
Easter 2010 was made extra special as our sculpture of Christ leaping from the cross and running was put in place on Maundy Thursday and has caused quite a stir in the community. Many think its rather weird. All admit it is different. Some like it and some hate it; some are reserving judgement but everyone is talking about Jesus.
We are thrilled with it! Jesus is running and leaping. He is smiling an enormous smile. He is wearing the victor's laurel wreath. He has run the race and he has won! He has won the race on behalf of you and me; for each and every one of us.

Co-ordinating Care for All Saints Dedworth and St Andrew's Clewer
Wanted - Drivers, Home Visitors, Hospital visitors, Prayers
Not everyone is called to such ministries. Some people are doing it naturally and yet many people are overlooked and do not receive the care we should be giving them. Volunteering is a start. Discerning gifts is a process. Understanding more about the ministries of care is vital. That is why under the leadership of our churchwarden for Pastoral Care and Assistant Church Warden (Ray Gray and Linda Griffin) we are going to start looking at the varying ministries involved in caring for the church family and the wider community.
AGM - The Annual General Meeting
At the AGM this year 6 church wardens were appointed - one to look after the ambience at All Saints and another at St Andrew's; one focusing on the buildings and another on pastoral matters; one to do paperwork and statistics and the sixth to act as a link between St Agnes Fountain and the other 2 churches. Eleven were elected to the PCC at All Saints.
The dates on PCC meetings this year are as follows: 25th May, 29th June, 7th September, 19th October, 23rd November. All at All Saints at 8.00pm.
On Monday evenings come and join us under the fig tree.
A time set aside from 4.00 - 9.30pm for all ages for spiritual refreshment.
Come and go as you please.
"From 4.00pm until 9.30pm the church has an extended fellowship time. This includes worship, looking at the Bible, praying... all the rooms of the church are used, so at different times different things happen. For example the teenagers spend a little time on their own, etc. The idea is that you come at any time for as long as you like. The church is set out in café style and we stop at various times for refreshments. There is no age limit. I believe that this is God's invitation to the whole church to meet one another." Rev. Louise
Children up to 12 will be especially welcome from 4 - 5.30pm when music, crafts and drama will be available. Teenagers will be welcome from 8.00pm onwards when they will meet in the Carpet Room and do! Adults are welcome at any time. Sessions start from 4.15pm.
Come and seek together

Deanery of Maidenhead and Windsor Synod
All Saints Church and St Andrew's are both represented on the Deanery Synod by members from the churches. Meetings are held approximately every two months at different churches round the deanery. The subject matter at the meetings covers a wide range of issues, topics and an introduction as to how we and our churches can be more involved in our communities. All Deanery Synod meetings are open to all church members. If anyone is interested they are welcome to come along and see what being a representative entails. Please speak to Rev. Louise.
