How do I contact the vicar?

Rev. Louise Brown can be contacted by phone on Windsor (01753) 864591 or by email via ruth_norris@yahoo.com.  Enquiries about baptisms, weddings etc. are to be directed to her. The best way to catch her is to come to church on a Sunday or drop in during the Coffee Morning at the church centre on a Saturday morning between 10.45 and 12 noon.

Where can you find the church?

It is situated on the corner of Dedworth Road and the Clewer Hill Road, with its car park entrance on the Clewer Hill Road, about a mile and a half west of the centre of Windsor. For map click here.

What time are the services on Sunday?

9.15am Parish Communion

11.00 am Family Service with Sunday School

There will be a 5.00pm service at St Andrew's every Sunday preceded by tea. First and third Sundays of the month will be Evening Prayer, second and fourth Sundays will be Communion.

What other opportunities are there for worship during the week?

Wednesday 12.15pm Communion followed by lunch

Wednesdays 4pm Evensong following LORNA group

Thursdays 9.45am Communion Service at St Andrew's followed by coffee and Bible Study

There are various regular opportunities in the month to worship at Manor Farm, The Meads, Lesley Dunn, Bridgeman Court, Queen's Court and Winton House.  More details here.

What church groups regularly meet in the church-centre?

Mondays         10.30 - 12noon     Parents and Toddler Group

                        Fig Tree 4pm - 9.30pm                

Wednesdays    1.00pm Community Lunch following on from the communion service

                           2.00pm Knitting circle

                           2.00pm LORNA Group (This is for friends to meet who wish to have company for a couple of hours and is followed by a short service at 4.00pm.)

Fridays              5.00pm CREATE youth group for church going youngsters

Saturdays           10-12 noon           Coffee morning for everyone. The vicar will be available to book baptisms, weddings and other matters from around 10.45am.

                           10.30 – 12.30  hours  at  St  Andrews  Clewer  CHILDREN'S  CHOIR.

This  is  a  robed  choir, affiliated  to  the  Royal  School  of  Church  Music. It  is  open  to  girls  up  to  the  age  of  16  and  boys  with  unbroken  voices. These  children, picked  by  audition, usually  sing  a  service  during  the  weekend. In  return  for  their  commitment  they  receive  an  individual  music  lesson  with  the  Director  of  Music  each  week, free  of  charge.

All these groups are open to all at any time.

What is the RE Resource Centre?

This is a resource based at All Saints Church, Dedworth set up in September 2002 specifically to serve the 5 schools situated within Dedworth. In September 2004 it expanded to include the schools in the parish of Clewer: -

           First Schools

Middle School

Upper School

It aims to support these schools in their drive to encourage pupils to explore the Christian faith and develop a moral framework for life, in line with the National Curriculum.
